Return & Exchange Policy

At FeelLasto, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with sizing or product quality. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If you encounter a sizing issue or receive a faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the exchange process, kindly reach out on what's app 9967011156/8898599858 & mention your order no. along with clear pictures of the product, highlighting the issue. This will enable us to promptly assist you and process your exchange.

Returns will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit. Please note : we do not offer refund In case your order is damaged in transit or you need a size change you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unused, with original packaging). we do not offer reverse pick ups , the item needs to be sent to us by the customer. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, you will receive the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.

The Shipping charges for per product is to be paid by the respective buyer.
if the item or style does not suit you or you happen to change your mind unfortunately we cannot accept a return in this case.

Please note that exchanges are only applicable for wrong sizing and faulty products. However, it is important to mention that we do not have a return/refund policy. Our focus is to provide you with a seamless exchange process to resolve any sizing or product quality concerns.

The items purchased must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. The product should be in its original packaging.

Exchange is allowed once per order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hrs if the item is damaged or if you need a size change , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any qualifying expectations, the product will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense (if requested by you). No amount will be reimbursed in this case (nor will the new/exchanged pair be dispatched.)
- All products bought on SALE/CLEARANCE/DISCOUNT will not be eligible for exchange.
- ⁠Returns/Exchange shipment charges will be charged by the client.
- Customised orders are not eligible for Exchange/Returns
- We do not entertain exchanges & returns on international orders
